Special School Case Study
In addition to our mainstream school design experience we have experience of special school (SEN) provision both in design and technical advisory roles.
Churchill Park Complex Needs Special School in Kings Lynn, Norfolk caters for 150 children with special educational needs aged 3-19 years. Designed by Michael Spicer whilst a Practice Principal at NPS, this complex needs special school was completed in 2010 and opened by The Countess of Wessex.
The project involved widespread community consultation in bringing together two existing schools onto one site with a state-of-the-art school.
